SS Rajamouli’s recently released film RRR, the story of the film based on the journey far away from the home of two legendary revolutionaries, who returned home after their journey and start fighting back against British colonialists in the 1920s. Now the movie has set the box office on fire.
RRR (Hindi) overcomes Gangubai Kathiawadi and The Kashmir Files to become the fastest entrant to the Rs 100 crore club of 2022. This is a huge achievement because the period drama crossed the three-digit mark in just whole five days.
After the release of Baahubali: The Beginning, Baahubali: The Conclusion, and Pushpa: The Rise, RRR has now become the fifth South film to crash the box office in the Hindi belt. Going forward, the business of RRR is forecasted to see further increase with each passing day. It is estimated that the movie will enter the highly coveted Rs.100 cr club by the end of the 5th Day of release, trade predictions state that the business of RRR is going to cross the Rs.150 cr by the end of the 1st week in theatres.

Within a week of release, The Kashmir Files was able to cross the Rs 100-crore mark. The film went Housefull into many places. Anupam Kher, who plays Pushkarnath Pandit in the film, had shared the news that their film has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in just seven days at the box office. Whereas the movie “Gangubai Kathiawadi” entered the 100 crore club on March 10, within 13 days of release. Alia has said that the film earned Rs 102.64 crore 13 days after its release.
